Readymade Designs
To place an order for readymade designs, browse through the "Shop" tab to shop by category or collection. Select which item(s) you'd like and add them to your cart. Read through the product description carefully to get information on its length and whether the colour of the product can be changed. The colours of some products can be customised by contacting us on Instagram DM at @madebyniee 🤍
When you're done browsing and ready to checkout, fill in your contact information and doublecheck all item(s) in your cart ensuring that quantity, colour and type are correct. Pick which payment method you prefer and click "Place Order Now".
After clicking "Place Order Now", you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been successfully placed along with your order details. Please check if you have any pending payment before closing the browser to complete your order.
Custom Designs
To place a custom order, contact us on Instagram DM at @madebyniee and we will discuss the relevant details on your design. We will regularly update our Instagram bio or stories on whether customs are open.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer or DuitNow QR
Note that if the payment method chosen is bank transfer or DuitNow QR, you will need to upload a screenshot of the transaction receipt at the bottom of the "Thank You!" page to verify your payment. Filling up the Reference ID is optional. In the event that you are unable to upload your image, please contact us via Instagram DM at @madebyniee or email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and Name. You can then send your screenshot via that channel.
Please make the payment within 1 hour upon placing the order to avoid an unsuccessful order. Late payment may cause the order to be incomplete and not successfully placed.
When we have received your payment, you will receive an email saying that your payment has been received and an invoice will be issued. Your tasks are all complete and thank you for shopping at 🤍 madebyniee 🤍 Your products will be shipped out within 1 week!
Online Banking via toyyibPay
When you select Online Banking as your payment method, you will be redirected to toyyibPay's site to make your payment.
Select Online Banking as your payment method and choose your bank. Ensure the amount and details are correct and click "Proceed". Follow the instructions given to make your payment. After successfully making the payment, you will be redirected to the "Thank You!" page of our site!
You will receive an email saying that your payment has been received and an invoice will be issued. Your products will be shipped out within 1 week and thank you for shopping at 🤍 madebyniee 🤍
