Shipping Policy

All products are handmade and made to order unless stated as a ready stock item. We aim to ship out within 1 week from order placement. We seek your understanding and patience as most of the products are made after the order has been placed. 

After the order has been shipped out, the tracking information will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive any updates by the 8th day upon placing an order, please contact us via Instagram DM at @madebyniee or email us at [email protected] to get the updates on your order. 

Control over Parcel
When the parcel is in the hands of the courier company, we (madebyniee) are not liable for any losses or damages to the parcel and its contents. This is because it is out of our control after the parcel has been passed to the courier company. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the parcel is safely delivered. We will play our role by ensuring the parcel is wrapped well and its contents are protected. 

Please contact the relevant courier companies to receive updates on delayed or missing parcels.
