1. Are the products handmade?

   • Yes! All our products are handmade with love and require lots of care🤍

2. Can I shower with the jewellery on?

   • No, please avoid contact with water when wearing the jewellery and remove them when showering, exercising and sleeping.

3. How else should I care for the jewellery?

   • Avoid pulling them or applying force as they are delicate pieces

   • Keep away from chemicals such as lotions, alcohol or oil

   • Avoid heat and direct sunlight

   • Clean the pieces occasionally with a soft cloth

   • Store them in a dry and safe place

5. Are custom orders available?

   • We will regularly update our Instagram bio or stories on whether customs are open. To place a custom order, contact us on Instagram DM at @madebyniee and we will discuss the relevant details on your design. 

6. Where can I find information on the length of the pieces?

   • Information on the length of each piece can be found in the product description along with whether the colour of the piece can be changed.

7. Can I request for a special message to be placed into the parcel?

   • Yes! When at the checkout page, add a remark in the "Remark" section in the following format:

   Message: " type message here "

   Please limit your message to a maximum of 3 sentences (approximately 150 characters).

8. How long does it take for my parcel to be shipped out?

   • After making the payment, we will start producing your order as most of our jewellery are made to order. We aim to ship out within 1 week and you will be notified via email when your parcel has been shipped out along with the tracking details. Read the Shipping Policy for more!
